Aarya Carolan, CMT, is a Chopra Center Ayurvedic spa therapist, holistic health practitioner, and NAHA certified clinical aromatherapist. She has a master’s degree in library and information science and had previous careers in magazine publishing and education before finding her passion in healing arts.

Her own journey from chronic illness to health using alternative therapies has inspired her to use her healing, writing, research, and teaching skills to help others find balance and joy in their lives.
