Hello, I'm
Breanna Pereira
Since graduating from Sonoma State University with a B.S. in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Lifetime Physical Activity, Breanna has been working in the corporate fitness industry as a Health Fitness Specialist in the Bay Area for two years. She is a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer and NASM-Certified Nutrition Coach. After suffering from two herniated discs and a rotator cuff injury at the age of 15, she was forced to go back to movement basics. Pilates was her saving grace as she found the confidence to move with purpose and power again. Every day is a test of physical and mental strength, but it is because of these challenges that she has been able to develop a passion for helping others with their own journeys. She never wants anyone to feel as if they don't have control over their bodies or their future like she once had.Articles
