Karson McGinley
Karson teaches Hatha, Vinyasa, and Anusara Elements™ classes, inspired by the teachings of Classical and Tantric yogic philosophy, positive psychology, and metaphysical texts like A Course in Miracles. By sharing spiritual themes, scientific research, and anecdotal evidence, she makes the practice of authentic yoga accessible and relevant to everyone. Karson is a 500-RYT with Yoga Alliance, and has additional certifications in Prenatal Yoga, Anusara Elements, and is a Registered Continuing Education Provider. She has also appeared as a guest teacher at the Wanderlust Yoga Festival, Rancho La Puerta, and the Chopra Center, and was a two-time lululemon ambassador.
