Katherine began her yoga and wellness journey in 2000 at the Dharma Yoga Center in NYC after being diagnosed with hyperthyroid. A passion for Ayurveda and Yoga led her to pursue certifications in both to be of service to her community. Her studies and health experiences with Ayurveda, Yoga and Reiki, have led her to teach a blend of all practices. Katherine started the Ayurveda program at the Chopra Mind-Body Zone within Lake Nona Performance Club in Orlando, Florida.Katherine is a Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner with the National Ayurvedic Medical Association, an E-RYT 500 level teaching for 20 years, and a Yoga Continuing Education Provider through Yoga Alliance. Katherine is a Chopra Health Instructor, Chopra MBZ Instructor, Master Reiki Practitioner, and Global Retreat Leader. She graduated with a B.S. in Fashion Design from Syracuse University and worked for corporations in NYC and Miami. A lifelong learner and practitioner of holistic health modalities, she loves to share knowledge with clients, friends and family.
Katherine owned a Yoga and Wellness Center in Ohio and taught at studios, spas and health centers, taught private clients in their homes, and corporate clients at work. She is committed to sharing wellness globally through her transformational local and online programs that empower clients to create a life of wellness with a holistic approach. Katherine balances her leadership, focus, and organizational skills with a nurturing and compassionate touch that promote and support her client’s well-being.
