Lola is a yoga teacher, researcher, holistic practitioner, and author. She was trained in art and movement therapy, positive psychology, yoga, and Buddhist studies in Europe, India, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Japan. In 2017, Lola created Atma-Prema Yoga, or the practice of transformative self-love. Atma-Prema focuses on developing self-compassion, awakening somatic confidence, and embracing softness and vulnerability. Lola is the author of three books: Practice Happiness: Simple and Effective Strategies for a Happy and Meaningful Life, Atma-Prema Yoga, and Positive Psychology for Yoga Teachers.
