Hello, I'm
Melissa Eisler
She partners with leaders to develop their resilience, strategic and systems thinking, productive communication skills, and executive presence in order to reach individual, team, and organizational goals. While the specifics of the approach look different for each leader, she always focuses on helping clients to integrate their states of “being” and "doing.” When these two align, profound leaps in leadership become possible.
Melissa is known for being a trusted and empowering coach, strategic and creative thinker, and clear and charismatic communicator. Her experience includes coaching leaders ranging from C-suite to mid-level management, from Fortune 500 companies to startups, from global to local organizations, and across highly diverse industries. Her clients say she has a warm, motivating way of challenging them and holding them accountable for designing and sustaining meaningful change. She also mentors budding coaches.
She earned her Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership at the University of San Diego. Before going back to school, she spent 15+ years of experience in leadership in the corporate world. Melissa is a longtime mindfulness practitioner, which began as a way to manage her inner critic and type-A personality, as well as the overwhelming stress of leading a team at a public company. She is also a certified Primordial Sound Meditation instructor, creator of www.mindfulminutes.com, and author of The Type A's Guide to Mindfulness: Meditation for Busy Minds and Busy People, a practical guide for new meditators in the modern world. Melissa enjoys leading workshops, keynotes, and trainings about mindfulness and leadership.
Melissa blends her experience leading teams in the corporate world with her education in organizational leadership and background in mindfulness, to support her clients’ growth through challenges and change. You can learn more about her services and approach to coaching – and read client testimonials – on her website: www.melissaeisler.com.
On a personal note, she has a passion for transformation and personal development. Her own experiences and transitions through loss, careers, grief, and relationships have fueled a desire to step out of her comfort zone, overcome her fears, and search for meaning — and hold space for others to do the same. When she’s not coaching or writing, she spends her time hiking outdoors, cooking healthy food, practicing yoga, reading, playing her guitar, and enjoying being a mom.
