Chopra Global FAQ

Chopra's mission is to empower personal transformation for collective wellbeing, with the intention to support a more peaceful, just, sustainable, healthier, and joyful society. At the core of this mission is Deepak Chopra's vision to reach one billion people with the message of consciousness.

As of March 2023, Chopra Global partnered with The Healing Company (HLCO) and The Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) to expand and support this vision. They assume management of certain Chopra activities to provide focused support for our existing and growing community.

The Healing Company has acquired Chopra's physical product business, the Chopra Meditation and Well-being App, and Chopra's licensing business, which includes the Chopra Health Retreat at CIVANA Wellness Resort & Spa and the Chopra Mind-Body Zone at the Lake Nona Performance Club.


Chopra’s Education business, including Meditation, Health, Coaching and Yoga Certification programs, and support of Chopra's global network of 5,000 certified teachers and coaches, is now operated by IIN, a pioneering leader in the health coaching field with over 160,000 trained graduates and a reputation for quality and service.


As of October 2023, Chopra Global has ceased operations, and no longer offers or supports any of its former product lines. Please reference the following information for any inquiries. If a product is offered by IIN or HLCO, those companies will provide the respective support. If a product line is no longer offered, there is no further support or contact information available as that business has been terminated.

Chopra Global Account Info

I have a Chopra Global credit (Program Voucher) on file, what can I use it for?

Please note that due to the completion of Chopra Global Live Events and Retreats, your Program Vouchers may only be eligible for use in connection with Chopra Meditation, Health, Yoga and Coaching Certification programs. Please contact IIN by emailing support@chopraiin.com or call 347-986-2047 to explore your options.


However, if you have active credit specifically from a previously purchased Chopra Health Retreat at CIVANA Resort and Spa, please contact Merwan Ramsden at merwan.ramsden@chopra.com.

Why can't I use my Chopra Global credit (Program Voucher) for Chopra products, Chopra Health Retreat, and other Chopra retreats?

Chopra Global Program Vouchers are explicitly eligible for products offered and sold by Chopra Global. Chopra Global is no longer operational and is unable to redeem Program Vouchers.


While eligible and non-expired, Program Vouchers may be redeemed toward Chopra IIN digital products and teacher trainings. This offer does not extend to the full IIN product catalogue.


Program Vouchers are not redeemable toward Chopra Healing Company products.

How do I use my Chopra Global credit (Program Voucher) for Chopra Teacher Trainings?

Why can't I use my Chopra Global credit (Program Voucher) for IIN trainings?

While eligible and non-expired, Program Vouchers may be redeemed toward Chopra IIN digital products and teacher trainings. This offer does not extend to the full IIN product catalogue.

My Chopra Global credit (Program Voucher) has expired, now what?

After the 18-month period of eligibility for use, all expirations of Chopra Global Program Vouchers are final.

I previously purchased a Chopra event and couldn't attend. What are my options for a refund?

For Retreat purchases made prior to June 23, 2023: In the event you canceled your attendance at a Chopra Retreat following 36 hours and up until 45 days prior to the Retreat, you received a Program Voucher (“PV”) in the amount you paid for the Retreat.


For Retreat purchases made on or after June 23, 2023
: Chopra Retreat enrollment purchases are only refundable upon a cancellation within 36 hours of purchase. Following such time, your purchase is deemed final and no refunds or PVs will be offered.

Can I request an itemized receipt for my event, course, or certification purchase made prior to July 2023?

No, this is not available.
