SUPPORT FOR YOUR JOURNEY

Healing Resources Toolkit

RESOURCES FOR HEALING

To support and encourage your personal journey, we're collaborating with specialists to provide additional resources to guide you on your path to transformation.

We will continue to add to this toolkit to support you through all stages of your healing.

LET'S START HERE

What is a trigger?

A trigger is a reminder of a past trauma that can show up in our mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual process and elicit overwhelming sadness, irritation, internal shutdown, emotional charge, anxiety, or panic. If you feel triggered, that’s your body telling you that there’s work to be explored. We’ve assembled resources to help you understand your triggers instead of running from them and develop practices to aid in healing.

Explore the topics below to find support for wherever you are on your journey. We're collaborating with specialists to help curate supporting resources.
