Libby Carstensen
Chopra Center Certified Instructor
Ignited by her own transformation, Libby landed at the Chopra Center in Carlsbad, CA 12 years ago and studied Primordial Sound Meditation, Perfect Health-Ayurveda Lifestyle, and the Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga teacher trainings. Since then she’s traveled throughout the world leading workshops teaching us how to move from where we are to where we want to be.Libby’s music industry experience as an on-air radio personality and program director to personal development experience as a speaker, teacher, and Chopra Center executive gave her insight and compassion for the challenge we face in today’s world for balance and the escalating need to redefine success. Libby’s philosophy revolves around mindset and the awareness that how we approach big change is also how we approach everyday life. Catalysts like death, health challenges, loss and career transition launched Libby into her mission today which is to liberate as many people as possible through consciousness-based practices partnered with real world application. She was there and she did that. In fact, getting unstuck is her specialty. As a certified Grief Recovery Method Specialist and an iPEC Certified Life Coach, Libby can help you heal your past, so you can fully live in the present.
Creating a strong container to hold change is the first step. After 20 years of practicing hatha yoga Libby found Kundalini Yoga as the answer. In 2017, Libby began studying Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan at the Kundalini Research Institute. Her classes bring Kundalini Yoga, the yoga of awareness, as a catalyst to remove inner blocks as we increase our own radiance. It’s perfect for beginners and anyone wanting to tap into their own inner lighthouse. You’ll be challenged, you’ll find strength you didn’t even know you had, and you’ll find your ability to navigate life improves.
Libby’s company, Libberated LIFE, guides those committed to self-inquiry to live an extraordinary life. Prepare to build inner strength, vitality, and mental clarity as we shift our mindset from, “What’s the worst-case scenario?” to “What’s the best that could happen?”.
