Ingredients
Soak almonds overnight.- 10 whole almonds, skin on, soaked overnight in ½ cup water
- 4 teaspoons organic raw honey or maple syrup
- 2 ounces soy protein powder, plain or vanilla
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 2 cups low-fat vanilla soymilk
- 2 medium bananas, peeled and sliced
- 2 tablespoons aloe vera juice
Directions
- Drain the almonds and discard the water.
- Place almonds in a blender, add the other ingredients, and blend until smooth.
