Morning Bliss Shake
Need a refreshing start to your summer days? This shake is easy to make and packed with protein to keep you feeling full and energized for the day ahead. And did we mention it's also delicious?

Ingredients

Soak almonds overnight.

  • 10 whole almonds, skin on, soaked overnight in ½ cup water
  • 4 teaspoons organic raw honey or maple syrup
  • 2 ounces soy protein powder, plain or vanilla
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 2 cups low-fat vanilla soymilk
  • 2 medium bananas, peeled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons aloe vera juice

Directions

  • Drain the almonds and discard the water.
  • Place almonds in a blender, add the other ingredients, and blend until smooth.
